Blue with flowers work Jutti isn’t just a pair of mojaris; it’s a work of art! We got the inspiration to design this while we were travelling all over Rajasthan. We came across one very prominent painting style, called “Pichwai,” which is 400 years old, and we instantly fell in love with it. The vibrant colours, the theme, the technique were all so alluring that we decided to create our version of it in the form of a shoe. Set on a teal blue silk base, these feature an abstract floral print that is, highlighted using hand- embroidered zari knots and sequin work. The base print includes a contemporary interpretation of the lotus flower, peacock feather, greens, and other blooms.
